The Mysteries of My Heart Revealed : By Ruby Klein
Life seems to have a way of flowing like a river, the good times, hard times, beautiful times, sacred times and even the times that pass so slowly it seems impossible to endure and overcome. But, we do. We conquer them and they pass and a new day arises and shines with a fresh breath of life that nudges us to awake and move on, move forward, wipe the sleep from your eyes, new blessings, new beginnings are awaiting to be discovered and lived renewed by the mornings fresh dew and clocked in the amazing Grace of God. Look Up! Your destiny awaits you!
Hope greets you at the breakfast table and warms your heart with the expectations of adventures and journeys that will fill memory book with the pictures of good times that will fill the empty corners of our minds to be recalled in our golden years.
By the time your foot steps out the door, reality is usually hiding around the corner just ready and waiting to sucker punch you when you are least expecting it.
About that time the Warrior in your heart steps forward. A decision must be made! It’s time to choose your perspective! A moment frozen in time that will define your reality for the rest of that day!
The Choices Are:
#1. To take authority over it and conquer it in the Mighty Name of Jesus, and become the Victor instead of the Victim… or…
#2. Try to hide and ignore the days problems… which, by the way never works, it just allows the problems to snowball into Big Hairy Monsters with ugly jagged teeth.
No Thank You! Your heart screams at the top of it’s lungs! The choice has been made! I choose to stand on the promises of God! “This is the day the Lord has made, and I will rejoice and be glad in it!”
By midmorning responsibility is like a small child tugging on your shirttails, always reminding you of chores and problems that require your attention. And busyness is a thief that loves to sit on your shoulders and advert your attention from precious moments and blessings delivered by Angels to brighten your day.
Distractions are the life sucking vampires that steal the simple joys and tender moments that sift like sand running through an hourglass of time, nerve to be retrieved again.
As the cares of the world press in, your reminded that time has never been your friend, as you stare into a mirror that reflects a person that looks less and less like you with every passing day. All that’s left are fond memories of the beauty you used to be… then the small quiet voice within your soul whispers… “You are fearfully and wonderfully made” “The Lord will give you beauty for your ashes.” Only then can you muster up enough strength and willpower to confront whatever is left of the day that reality has ravished.
The needs of family, friends and pets are never perfect, or neat or tidy. They come with scratches, frayed edges and dent. However, those are the chosen ones that walk together with us down the life path that the Lord has lovingly and intricately woven our life threads into beautiful tapestries that display the dances of our souls and bring bliss to our smiles and our companionships. They fill our hearts with love and raise us up together to stand and fight to defend what is right and good to keep a balance and rhythm to our existence. True love for each other requires a sacrifice of time and self. Faithfulness hoovers over us in times of heartbreak, sickness and sadness as the fierce battle of life continues.
Blessed beyond measure are the ones who are generous to a fault with their time and possessions, the faithful one’s who will stand the test of time.
When the day is complete and responsibility’s child has settled down, you stumble home to your sanctuary, dragging your battered and dinged armor behind you. Ready to tend your wounds, gather your thoughts and prepare for tomorrows battle.
The brutal honesty is that when it’s all said and done at the end of the day when your head hits the pillow, you know in your heart the battle of eternity is very, very real… so make peace with your mind and right before slumber fills your eyes, in the faint distance… once again… your destiny calls.
Be Forever Blessed!
These books are written by a very dear friend of mine. She is an example of what she writes about. Throughout the years I have known Ruby, there isn’t a day that goes by that I am not grateful for her as my friend and inspiration.
These stories are easy to understand, and filled with so much information. Included in the book is the story, but also valuable information to help you understand what you are reading. If you are new to learning about salvation, fear not because Ruby has an extensive glossary.
